I love the discussions from the religion … First let me say that I believe in God and everything what happens to him. and believe that Jesus was his son and all that goes with it. I'm also not practicing JW. I say NO, because I do not "like going from door to door, I feel a bit rough. People seem to take on JW as being the only religion out there that is evil and only evil. ie the worship of others as to call them. CULT? are you kidding .. ?? That is essentially why people believe the Jehovah's Witnesses are a cult. There aa few youtube videos of ex-witnesses, that I will publish in the sources about their thoughts and experiences growing up in a practice fundamentalist family and Jehovah's Witnesses. Everything in these videos quite explain everything I could try, in an even better way. And as far as not going door door, many Jehovah's Witnesses, who are fundamentalists, that is the location of them, it is considered that a yellow flag is opposed to a drop of faith, and disciplinary action would be managed – whether through a meeting with elders, or the pressure of the scholarship. How do you decide what to take literally the Bible, against which to take metaphorically? About homosexual relations being an abomination, people all the world, take it too literally. But as "stoning disobedient children in the public square until they no longer live, people try to justify their own concerns about following a law bibilical, saying it is not to be taken literally, when in all likelihood, when it wrote the Bible, which was something that was very literal. For people who say that the only way to get a good moral code is in the Bible, they refuse to disobiediant stone children to death, or kill any false prophets, which demonstrates that innate morality overrides the principles contained in the Bible, which is a direct contradiction to the original statement. I am certain contradictions similar, and are ignored or "metaphorically taken 'verses can be found in almost all religions on the planet.
