How can I get my video drivers?

I installed Ubuntu 9.0. I also have a XP partition after installing Ubuntu my video drivers are missing. Is there a way I could restore its original state? Plus when I tried to find the video drivers on the site Dell Web, the links do not work for me for downloading.
